I am a 60 yr. old grandmother of 4. Have been riding motorcycles for over 30 yrs. Have tried Low Carb-Adkins and South Beach diets. Lost wgt but did not keep it off, found too restrictive for long term. Joined Spark a couple of years ago but did not follow up on it. Bought the book and am now trying to follow the Lifestyle changes. Lately life has been changing in ways I am unable to control. Time to take control of myself. Have tried before, hope it works this time. Feel like this is my last chance.

My Goals:
to lose weight to become more active, hoping to go on a zipline in May during a cruise. The last time I went, 2 yrs ago, it was very tiring. Want to be able to stop high blood pressure meds.
My Program:
Have started logging my nutrition so I can be more accountable, knowing where the calories are going and what I need to increase for my health. Going to kickboxing 3x a week.
