Making a Lifestyle change

I've been struggling to lose 20-30 pounds over the last 5 years, and sick of the yo-yo effect--losing 10, gaining 5, losing 2, gaining 7, etc. I did it and I looked and felt amazing, healthy, and sexy in my wedding dress August 13, 2011. Now I gotta stay on track and not gain back anyy, not even 5 pounds that I lost!!

My Goals:
My goals are to be back to 150 lbs again, or fit into a size 7/8 again,
to be able to maintain a healthy lifestyle
to make exercise part of my life even when on vacation
to stop worrying about food and weight constantly

My Program:
I have been working out 5-6 days per week, from 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on schedule.

I'm making a conscious effort to enter ALL food/drink that enters my mouth--even that hard candy that doesn't seem like much.
I've got an amazing Fiance Eric who supports me in achieving my goals.
