    Just wanted to let you know that we are trying for a Spark Rally this coming Saturday on the Boardwalk at 11---and around 1 for lunch if you can't join us for the walk. Hope you can make it. And if you don't want to walk the whole boardwalk, you can turn at any point or sit along the boards.

    You were asking about the plan I have been on to lose my weight. Just last Thursday I started The Flat Belly Diet ( Published by Prevention Magazine),and lost 6 pounds the first four days, but the rest of the weight has taken three years to come off, very slowly, through several weight loss plans and sheer will.

    The Flat Belly Diet plan is working very well for me, as I can eat the foods that I normally eat, just in portions. I purchased my book through E-Bay, for very little, but, it is available through most book stores as well, or Amazon, or Half.com( not sure of that name, someone else I know purchased it there.

    There is also a Flat Belly Diet Team here at Spark, if you want to check out that team( go to my page look at my teams and click on the Flat Belly Diet Team.... most of the diet info is there to see if the plan will appeal to you, just go through the threads, the first four days is totally different that the rest, it is called Jumpstart and you will eat about 1200 calories a day to Anti bloat) then the plan is for 28 additional days at 1600 calories a day, 4 meals a day with 400 calories per meal, I find it very easy to stick with and have never once been hungry!

    Please do check out the team page before purchasing you book if you are interested, as I know after being on every weight loss plan from A-Z, not every plan is a fit for every person. I also know several who have used the Spark plan and swear by it.

    Spark helps me to keep motivated, by reading other's blogs and helpful Spark Info. Good Luck with your decision, I will add you as friend and check in on you !
