My Goals:
My short term goal is to lose 20lbs. before Christmas. Long term goal is to lose 55lbs. My overall goal is to slim down and tone up and look great in my jeans, not get tired easily after taking the stairs.

My Program:
I plan to utilize video tapes, dvd's, elliptical, & the treadmill, and cut my calories, drink lots of water and eat plenty of fruits and veggies.

Personal Information:
I am a single female, I have 2 adult children, both married one with children.

Other Information:
I am a work in progress, I've been working out since my teens, just because...now I really need too. So its a whole new ball game. I'm ready to batter up...I'm glad I found the sparks people site.

How do you become "Queen of the Week"? There's no particular thing. Basically, it's a way to get to know a teammate. I pick a sistah randomly for that. If you have any ideas on how to bump up the criteria, drop me a line!

I LOVE Xtend Barre! It is the perfect blend of toning and cardio all in just an hour! Can't say I've done Burn at the Barre you'll have to let me know how that goes. Barre exercises if done consistently give you such amazing toning and lines throughout your body with little impact which I love, I'm learning though, that you can work out all you want but it is somewhat wasted if you don't have the best diet. Good luck!
