How do you become "Queen of the Week"? There's no particular thing. Basically, it's a way to get to know a teammate. I pick a sistah randomly for that. If you have any ideas on how to bump up the criteria, drop me a line!
I LOVE Xtend Barre! It is the perfect blend of toning and cardio all in just an hour! Can't say I've done Burn at the Barre you'll have to let me know how that goes. Barre exercises if done consistently give you such amazing toning and lines throughout your body with little impact which I love, I'm learning though, that you can work out all you want but it is somewhat wasted if you don't have the best diet.
