Hello I'm on a weight loss journey again and this time I want my ending to be different. I do not want to find myself trying to lose the same weight over again, this time I want to lose it and keep it off.

I LOVE Xtend Barre! It is the perfect blend of toning and cardio all in just an hour! Can't say I've done Burn at the Barre you'll have to let me know how that goes. Barre exercises if done consistently give you such amazing toning and lines throughout your body with little impact which I love, I'm learning though, that you can work out all you want but it is somewhat wasted if you don't have the best diet. Good luck!

Hi there. I use a chair for most of the barre or p 57 workouts. I do have a wall mounted bar for things that need more support. Ovcrall the chair works just fine. I can move it to face the tv while the wall mounted barre is fixed, you can't move it.

If you invest in a wall mounted barre, look for one that you can adjust the height on. It costs a tiny bit more, but If I can't get my leg up as high due to stiffness I can raise or lower it. Also some of the ab work is done sitting on the floor reaching up to the barre. In the normal position I can't reach, so I lower it down to accommodate my needs. I hope this helps.
