I read The Spark this weekend and I want to change my life. I once was very fit and very athletic. I let stress and inertia take that away from me. I am starting a streak today to reclaim what was mine.

My Goals:
to drink 8 glasses of water daily. to exercise for 10 minutes daily to write a page in a journal daily by doing these small things I see myself reclaiming what was mine
My Program:
I am drinking water instead of all the coffee that I used to drink. I am fortunate to have a treadmill at home so I am getting on it. I am buying a journal with a pretty cover and a new pen.
