My Goal is to achieve and sustain a "normal" weight such that I will not develop Type II diabetes as many of my family members have

My Program:
After several years of blind trial and error - and rebound gain - I have finally discovered low carb

- I eat 5-7 times a day
- 200 cal or less at at time
- less than 20 carbs at time
- less than 100 g carbs daily
- Better if less than 50 carbs
- Min 10 g protein each meal
- Min 90 g protein daily total
- Min 25 g fiber daily
