My Goals:
To add a little extra to my gym work once a month.

To learn to eat healthier foods and stop snacking.

To cut out refined sugars.

To only drink small amounts of alcohol on social occasions.

My Program:
1.5 - 2 hr gym sessions, 3 x weekly, zumba, body comba t, pilates & yoga. Cycling 1 - 2 x a week. Eat healthy and watch portions. Cut out snacking on refined sugars and limit alcohol intake drasticly.

Other Information:
I love my motorbike and would love to look sexy in my leathers :) . I love reading most things but just lately health magazines. I love SP and I'm so glad I found it, it has helped in oh so many ways. I love going to different places, either walking, motorbiking or cycling.

I have 2 knee replacements and usually exercise in water. I've been out of the water for the past 10 days due to a skin condition, so I've been exercising on land instead. I think I just did too much walking at a really fast pace. That made my knees swell, which is why I lost 2 pounds of fluid. Live and learn!
