My Goals:
I want to lose weight and become the strongest I can.
My Program:
Trying to utilize the limited equipment at out apartment gym the best I can until I start going to UCF in August. I do upper body push routines 2 days a week. The other two days I perform my lower body workouts along with upper body pull routines. Trying to tind a way to add some explosive training in there. Maybe find a sledge and old tire somewhere.
Personal Information:
I am originally from San Antonio TX, and now living in Orlando FL. I am working at Walt Disney world and going to school full time. I will me attending UCF in August. I cant freaking wait.
