Riding, Hunting and Fishing Fool
Married with one riding, hunting and fishing fool son (19 years old) still at home, and one daughter who just completed a five year ride in the Navy. Wife who doesn't hunt, but is willing to camo up and sit on stand (or hike for miles - depending on the mood) with me during the deer season! Married 27 years as of August of '10 to my high school sweetheart (and probably the only woman who could truly put up with me)!.

My Goals:
To Maintain the weight loss I have accomplished.
Also, to continue working out at the same intensity I have held since starting this endeavor!
My Program:
45 minutes (minimum) of cardio per day five times a week, and lifting free weights for about one hour a day four days a week, with Saturday and Sunday set aside for whatever season it is!
