Getting into those old jeans!

Hello everyone! I started this site 2 years back and did lose the weight but have now gained it back plus some! I am determined to do it again and stay there! I am wanting to lose 20 pounds by summer! I have slowly started running again, I have realized it's the only exercise that I truly love to do!

Congrats on ten pounds down! That is wonderful! Hopefully we'll both get under the 30-minute 5K mark sooner rather than later. Lean mean running machines! haha. Have a great week :)

Thank you for your encouraging comment on my blog! It was awesome to finally fit into that dress again. I couldn't stop smiling! And thank you for noticing that I've made changes to my life instead of seeing it as a diet. I really want to keep up this lifestyle!

I totally agree with you about Lean Cuisines... I usually stock up on them when they go on sale so that I have a reliable option to turn to when I'm short on time or not in the mood to cook. My favorite is the butternut squash ravioli with walnuts and veggies. It doesn't even taste low fat.
