So sorry I have been away from spark. I was excited and blessed to get pregnant last summer, I had some chalenges and setbacks with my weight loss journey BUT it has turned out for the best- I posted a blog about my pregnancy, crazy birth story and my re-start in May..

I am happy to restart on this healthy lifestyle journey. I just restarted May 22nd, and I am already seeing some results, but I have more to go.
