bigNbama's weight loss journey

In 1998 I weighed almost 300lbs by gastric bypass I lost 150lbs.2006 I had to come out of work on disability. After 3 yrs of surgeries, getting cortizone & steroid shots, not being able to be active at all due to disk exploded in my back, I gained back up to 240lbs. I have 3 friends who have lost lot's of weight from LOW/NO CARB. That seems to be what I think is best for me, but I can't excersize, so unsure what will work! Any help is appreciated!

I hate to admit it, but I am so old my eyes just can't read what you've got posted on your page. I'm so sorry to be an OLD LADY pain IN THE NECK!! Sure hope to get to know you and wishing you all the very BEST in your Health and Fitness Journey. Paula

Pam - Choncho helped me through a very tough time in my life too. I have meniere's and I had surgery about 4 month after I got him and was off work for 3 months and struggled with very severe dizzy spells. He took very good care of me never leaving my side and about a month before I got him my fiancÚ of 6 years broke up with me so I had a double whammy. I understand completely how you feel about Maggie. emoticon
