Here's the deal Denise, I believe, no I know you can make huge changes in your life and your health and be the best YOU that you have ever known. How do I know it, because I did it. No tricks, no pills, no gimmicks or shortcuts. I changed everything about my health and physical appearance. BUT, I didn't do it all at once and I didn't even believe it could be done when I started. I made one change in my eating and one change in my movement each month and slowly built a whole new me. If I can do it, you can do. Let's start here, now, take some of the self loathing out of how you refer to yourself. Welcome to the Couch to 5k running group!!!! Stop by the message board and introduce yourself to the team. On the team page you will find a thread for each training week. Click on week one and post were you are at in your training. This is a great way to meet others who are in the same phase of training as you. Some of my best friends were in my training week one and we worked through the program together sharing victories, questions, comments, and ideas. I look forward to learning more about you.
