That question stopped being fun when I was no longer pregnant and my youngest child was 1.5 years old. That was 2005.

I'm back in a healthy BMI and FEELING GREAT. This time, I am focusing on permanent lifestyle changes so I can stay off the yoyo.

My Goals:
I'd like to reach a healthy BMI

Ultimate goal weight is 145

I want to have a constant fitness level that would allow me to do at least one 5 mile run each week.

I want to change my eating patterns to get portion distortion and emotional eating under control.

I want to get rid of my round post-baby belly

My Program:
My main fitness activity is running. I try to sign up for several big races (between 7-13 miles each) a year so I can stay focused.

Run at least 4 times each week.

Strength training at leas twice per week.

I live in NY now, but born and raised in Texas and a Texan at heart
