1. Stop binge and late night eating, get my appetite under control. 2. Try to get more physical activity. 3. Eating healthy...more veggies, fruits, less processed food. 4. Not "dieting"...I want to make a lifestyle change! I want to lose 77 lbs by April 2010 and keep it off! My mini goal is to lose 37 lbs by August 2009.
I follow Weight Watchers but I am taking it one day at a time, trying to eat and cook healthy meals on a daily basis. I work 2 jobs so it is hard to eat the right things at the right time, but I want to make a lasting change in my habits.
