I would like to lose 20-25 pounds by September 2009. Furthermore, I would like to maintain my goal weight.
Lately, I've been slacking off. However, I do hope that I can start fresh by exercising at least three times a week, eat healthy, drink enough water, and to stay motivated by rewarding myself when mini-goals are met.
I'm currently in college double majoring in elementary education and hispanic languages and literature. I would like to become a certified elementary school teacher in the near future.
