Hello everyone! I am really excited about this program! I am currently 230lbs and my goal weght is 170 by april. I am very motivated about doin the cardio but I really struggle w the food portions. I am a mother of four and I do construction! My prob is the bad habits on the job w food! I get tired of sandwiches n salads but on there usually isn't a microwave on the job. I am in need of sum good ideas on what to do about that. Another issue is cooking for a family of six. Do I make them eat ...

My Goals:
My biggest goal is to lose 60lbs n try to make health n excercise routine.

My Program:
My program wants me to do cardio and muscule tonig 3xs a week and measure my portions. Right now I usually do cardio almost evry day except weekends. I love the eliptical and walking! I'm struggling w the muscule conditioning and portion control. Trying to pack a lunch every day!

I can understand your plight. I don't like cold food, not even my salad so I struggle with them. On this site you will find helpful people and great ideals for meals.
