Bigfoot1018 losing Big Pounds

Hello Team,
My name is Mike and I am starting at 298 pounds and want to end up at 200 lbs. This will take a couple of years with hard work and changes in my diet and exercise regiment.

I am disabled, which will put some addition challenges before me, but with the help of fellow Sparkers I am confident I will reach my goals. Much of my exercise will be limited to walking and modified sit-ups and variations of them. As time goes by I hope to get some exercise ideas from my ...
