I joined Sparkpeople a couple years back and have not been on since March. I've had a up and down weight loss journey. I loose weight, then gain it, then loose again. Since the last time I was on Sparkpeople I gained another 20lbs. I'm hoping to get back to a lifestyle where I eat healthy and exercise more.

Glad to see you blogging. Blogging is a great way to get your feelings down on paper. Others like to read them and offer insight along the way. ? It can be fun and makes you more accountable. At least it does me. I just posted over 300 blogs last year. Only missed a few days. It can be funny, tell us about your day, good or bad, about how your food choices went, what you did for exercise, stuff like that. It does not have to be weight related all the time. Just things you are thinking about, questions you might have.
