I've been a member of SparkPeople since 2006 and did really well at first, lost 40 pounds. But I haven't been as motivated lately, so I'm reading The Spark and getting motivated again!

My Program:
I'm eating healthy and exercising regularly to meet my goals. I have a new motivation to get up in the morning to exercise, I watch Wake Up With Al while I exercise. Al Roker is entertaining and motivating to see how well he's done in weight lose, plus as a bonus I get my news and weather!
