Not just another New Year's resolution!

It's early December and I'm already starting my push to get skinny and fit for 2011. My husband and I recently split up and I have more motivation than ever to finally kick it up a notch and get into shape. I need help getting it together and helping me get on track to a better me.

Like most people, I eat when I am bored, lonely or anxious - as a substitute for other addictions like booze. I know there are others out there and could use your support.

My Goals:
My goal is to lose weight. No strength training, no improvements in flexibility or endurance, just to get the pounds off and lost my muffin top

My Program:
NO PROCESSED SUGAR! Well, for now. I'm officially back on weight watchers and it is kind of part of that program.

Personal Information:
I live and work in Southern New Jersey and constantly feel the pressure to be and stay thin. My immediate goal is to stop having to shop at stores for the 'larger woman' and to actually be able to control when and what I eat.

Other Information:
Stress eating is real! I am not motivated by weight lost shows, extreme challenges, or Oprah Winfrey documentaries about the obese. Just show me a real person who loses 20-30 lbs without nearly dying and I'll watch for hours!

Hello! Sorry it took a while for me to get back to you, I've had a lot going on. I'm doing ok in some areas (weight loss, amazingly) and not so great in others (personal/emotional garbage). Hey there, thanks for the goodie. I haven't been doing too well, I've been super depressed and stressed and it's really hard to get through. Needless to say, my weight issues are terrible. I'm glad you're back though!! I hope you're doing well.
