    Well I'm sorry they seemed to lose interest...I agree, racing with people is so much better than alone...I think it sounds fun and I would love to run the one that comes here, except people in costume terrifies me...(I can't go to the mall at Christmas time because of the Santa who is stationary and sitting)

    I suppose if I had people, I might be able to....hmm...oh who knows...I say keep at 'em...someone has to be willing to run it...I know there is a lot of buzz about it here, ask at the gym or something, that's where I hear about a lot of my stuff...

    Oh my goodness, don't take advice from me, I do it all wrong....the first time I started running, I started with the c25k was amazing because it helped you build up speed and endurance and lung capacity....this time, I just jumped back into it and started running (not the smartest idea)....

    My advice, if you can afford them, go get yourself a pair or actual running shoes from a specifically running store...your body is not anything to mess with, and I can tell even when I jog short distances (car to house) when I wasn't wearing my shoes...

    Also, if you do have pain (I believe you said you're ankles?), I would go to the doctors and talk to him about it (except font listen when he says no) might need to buy a brace or something so you don't hurt anything more. I am really wishing I would've been better about dr visits, I have to go back to the specialist soon (but my pain accumulates from zumba, body combat, and running) and has significantly decreased since I've cut out some of the cardio classes.

    Ummm, be very prepared for soreness, I ran 5 miles yesterday and I woke up today with body aches you wouldn't believe. Bt good posture helps, and sometimes so does an ice bath over a hot shower, ( but I can't bring myself to putting me into ice, so I wouldn't know, but I read it)

    Yay, now I have someone to talk to about running.....

    Pretty soon, I'll have you running marathons! (Might as well dream big)

    Thanks for stopping by and commenting on my blog! I know what you mean about leftovers. It doesn't take long before they have taken over the fridge. I have started keeping a list of the leftovers on the fridge door and each day I see if there is at least one leftoveer I can use up that day. We also have a leftover smorg night at the end of the week. I pull all the leftovers out of the fridge for dinner. It gives me a night off from cooking and everybody gets a choice of what they want for dinner, on a first come, first serve basis.

    I pretty much watch the shows on the SYFY channel...
    my son and I both like the Bates motel.... yes I own the Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho.
    I watch Ghosthunters, Ghosthunters International, Deep South Paranormal, Haunted Collector, Paranormal Witness, Destination truth, school spirits that's about colleges that are Haunted. I used to watch Ghost adventures and the Dead Files until my crappy cable channel took the travel channel off..
