I bear my soul for the whole world to see! I am addicted to buffalo wings....Though i admit i cant give em up i have learned better ways to make them calorie healthy! Yippee!

When I was a baby they said I was just a "Big Baby" then when I got older they called it "Baby Fat" Teen ager " Big Boned" Adult phrases... hmmm "thicker than a snicker" PHAT, Thick, All these are just cover words for over weight and that's what I been ALL MY LIFE!!!! Well no more I'm starting my own words ...

My Goals:
Goal 1: Fit into a size 22. (i can now fit into a size 18!

Goal 2: Loose just 5-7lbs a month get it done!

Goal 3: Get back into water aerobics. still have not done that!

Goal 4:Loose 10 to 15 lbs by Dec 31 09. didn't make it!

My Program:
I go to ZUMBA class faithfully 3 days a week and i try to get on the elliptical Monday thru Friday.
i log my calories on the nutrition tracker.
