2012 is going to be the year that makes a difference for me. I'm committed to losing weight and being more healthy this year.
Lose 10 pounds per month in 2012.
Exercise at least 4 days a week.

Making healthier choices: exercising at least 30 minutes a day at least five days a week; tracking my food; drinking at least 8 cups of water a day.
I love God, my family, and baseball. Usually in that order...At least I try to keep God first. I've been a Boston Red Sox fan since 1967. I root for the Texas Rangers because they're the home team. Except when they play the Red Sox.
I don't have a favorite book; there are too many. But my favorite authors are Stephen King, Jim Butcher, John Piper, R.C. Sproul, Connie Willis. I like Science Fiction, Fantasy, Horror, and I like theology/devotional books.
Sweeney Todd, the Demon Barber of Fleet Street is currently my favorite movie. White Christmas is my favorite Christmas movie. Jurassic Park (the first one), Serenity, and V for Vendetta are also favorites.
My favorite current TV shows are Leverage, Bones, The Mentalist, Castle, The Closer, Fringe, and various clones of CSI. Adding Big Bang Theory, Parks & Recreation, and Revenge to that list. I also like Warehouse 13, Once Upon A Time, Grimm, and Lost Girl. Don't have time for them all!
My all-time favorite TV show is still Buffy the Vampire Slayer, closely followed by Angel and Firefly. Actually, Firefly comes before Angel.
