I'm a 35 year old mother of 1.5 I think the winter really got to me. I've been off and on SP for a few years. I'm really trying hard to make it a habit for life, but once I reach my goal, i find it hard to stay motivated.
I have a beautiful family with my Son, Hubby, Stepdaughter and 2 wonderful furry kids. Now if I can just get them ALL on board to eat healthy, this may be doable!
I'd like to just lose 2lbs a week, preferably with diet & exercise
Exercising anywhere from 4-6 times a week.
Yoga 1 day, Pilates 1 day, Strenth & Tone 1 day, Boot Camp 1 Day, 2 days of cardio on bike, elliptical or treadmill.

I love to read, I love to be out in the warm weather. I'm a hermit in the winter. I love my family, and I hope to teach them how to lead a healthy lifestyle.

Thank you for your comment on my blog. I appreciate your feedback. I totally get that it is possible to eat too little- but I found my body was responding well at an average 1100 calories. I am on blood sugar medication that made me violently ill when I ate too much at one sitting. If you are feeling queasy eating an egg, or an orange it makes it tough to eat a "normal" meal :). I got really good at eating 6 times a day! haha!
Thankfully, I am seeing a return in my appetite for the last 6 weeks and that's what lead me to trying some experiments. I appreciate your concern SO much. It's so great to hear new perspectives!

Thanks for your comment on my blog. I've bounced back up in weight after reaching a goal before too, so it is really maintenance for me that will be a challenge.
I'm not tracking right now, but I'm watching the food and the scale. When I get back to work (where I'm near the computer more often) I plan on tracking much more.
It is a hard thing to balance, and I appreciate your thoughts on it!!
