trying to eat healthier by buying better stuff to have around to eat. Does not mean I wont have my chocolate yodels. Might make that a reward!!

Thank you for your support. I was thinking today about going back to my old plan from years ago. I bought a fat gram counter, and it was pocket size, and it worked out great for me. I know everyone is different. I'm thinking about going out to find one. Now it's ten yrs. or so later and it probably is a long shot. emoticon

I could easily clear out a room with my singing; I can't sing a lick! So, be glad this is typed instead of voice!

All kidding aside, I do hope you have a wonderful day! Do you have something special planned or are you just going to take it easy? No matter what you do, remember portion control when it comes to eating that cake and ice cream! Though you can work off those calories with some extra aerobic/cardio exercises, it's best to use self-control. (Take it from someone who could probably down a whole cake!)
