Good luck on the NSA Challenge! I love the protein pancakes with peanut butter. I added a little flax to them this morning too, and they were yummy! I have noticed a big change in my mood and energy. Are you going for the two weeks or the whole month?
Thanks for the comment on by blog. It is kind of a round about way to explain what video I am doing. I have a Roku box (it allows you to stream Netflix and other channels into your tv). There is a channel on the box that I have subscribed to that is a bunch of cardio workouts of all different types with new ones every day and access to past ones. One specific group is step. That is what I am using. I can only imagine what Denise looks like in her leotard. I bet the video is pretty good. I have video tapes from back then. Good luck in your success!
