My Goals:
To loose this 5 pounds that I have let creep onto my body. No! I will not give up. I have been at 124 before and I am headed that direction again!
My Program:
I continue to exercise 6 days a week. Exercise and weight training are a given for me. I have been blessed with liking it. Now the eating on the other hand gets out of control and even though I am a clean eater,no processed junk sugar you can still gain weight with too much of a good thing!
Personal Information:
I am married and have been for 30 yrs. We have 3 dogs and no children. I am a Christian and a Republican. You can call me a "bible thumper, gun toting Jesus freak" :-)
