I started at 270 lbs in November of 2008. I was suffering from sharp, chronic back pain caused by being overweight, and decided things really needed to change! I've been steadily losing weight ever since!

Thank you for bringing me here. I am sorry I didnt use your link to give you points. The first time I looked at the site i was kinda overwelmed.

I really like the site and have brought several friends and family with me. I love tracking my progress and how many days since i gave up soda pop.

Also CONGRATS on the WEIGHT LOSS! YOu look FABULOUS!

I checked out Anytime Fitness and really liked it. I especially like the idea that you can go 'anytime'...lol. Still haven't made the commitment yet...

Thank you for the friend add and the encouraging words! Maybe I should've tried every scale in the store to see which one weighed the least...LOL But it's okay, as long as I can stay on track and still work in pad thai...I'm happy... :-)
