My Goals:
My goal is to lose 2 or 3 lbs a week naturally with exercise and good healthy food.
My Program:
I am stretching in the morning when I wake up. Eating a good hearty breakfast oatmeal and fruit. I Jog/walking 50-60 minutes everynight and stretching afterward. I have moved up from 30 minute walks to 50-60 minutes of jog/walking. I have stepped up to 2.5 miles of jog/walk!!!
Other Information:
If you keep looking ahead and thinking positively, anything can happen!!!
