My goals are to become more active and physically able to kick butt! I want to hike, mountain climb, kayak further, and maybe even RUN someday!

My Program:
I am starting out by just cutting calories and working out for at LEAST twenty minutes a day, more when I can! Once I can do this I'll just keep pushing it further.

Thank you for sharing your story with us here. I admire your will and strength. I congratulate you on your accomplishments thus far and hope we can be sparkfriends. I never had a weight problem until I was diagnosed with diabetes in 2001. I decided I need to be active in my life. I am the deciding factor of who and what I become. Not diabetes.
