Sparking along.....

I hope to lose approx. 40lbs. I can really use it. I have been on a dieting rollercoaster since my first child, 1986. The real wieght problem began with my second child, 1990. I am stuck right now at 156 and I just can't seem to move the scales.

My Goals:
01/17
My goal is to reach 125lbs. I hope to increase my bouts with excercise to three times each and every week.

02/17
Okay, last week I finally made 3 times a week.

03/24
I made it 6 days this week!! Go me! At this rate I should lose 2 lbs a week.

09/29
I have been out of state all summer. I hope to get back on track.

My Program:
Starting aerobic program, Gilad's Bodies in Motion then Hip Hop Dance for 90 min. every morning. Alternating cardio and strength daily. When I feel in the mood, I try spinning (serious sweat).

Personal Information:
I am from Ohio and
I have four kids. Starting classes this January. I have been married to a wonderful man for 20 years . Whoot!

Other Information:
My family and I are definitely movie buffs. As a family we like to watch House and American Idol.
I love novels, mostly adventure. My Daughter is enjoying The Gossip Girls series. And my boys like to read fantasy.

Wow we have a lot in common! I am a mom of 3 and also have had a tough time getting the scale to move from the 150-ish mark. See you on Power 90 Team! Let's do it this time.
