My Goals:
To stop the so called "yo-yo" dieting that I've been doing the past few years. I want to totally change my lifestyle and stick to it this time!

15 lbs (200): Pedicure
30 lbs (185): Buy myself something pretty
45 lbs (170): Family Picture
65 lbs (150): New Clothes!!

My Program:
I'm starting out easy so I don't get frustrated and quit. I'm not interested in counting points nor can I afford to join a gym. I starting out on the treadmill and cutting out a lot of crap that I eat.

Thanks for the post on my blog. The weighted ball thing came with it's own DVD of exercises. It's used for alot of abdominal exercises and just makes it harder since you're using an 8 lb weight. You can also use it for some shoulder exercises.

Try something new this week.

wanted to say congrats on re-committing to having your healthy lifestyle envelop your time off. also cool about getting a treadmill, my partner and i got one about a month ago and it has really helped me have consistency in my workouts.
