I saw a video that said if you can't live without these foods: bread, beer, nuts, and some other stuff I can't remember. And I have tried to go low carb before and I didn't feel well. I'm glad you had success with it but I don't think it is right for me, right now.
I will have to look into it. Is it shakes that you are substituting for some of your meals? I have tried so much but have a hard time sticking to anything for the long haul because I get bored or stressed, etc. I have a coworker that was doing a high quality shake thing but she got bored with it pretty quickly. I am thinking of doing Body For Life again. It is how I got 20-25 lbs off in 12 weeks last time I got up to this weight! I hope you had a great weeekend!
