My Goals:
I would like to lose 10-15 pounds; stop binge eating; keep healthy eating habits; workout 7 days a week and do all this while enjoying my life and being happy and not waiting to be happy only once I reach my goal

My Program:
I workout every day: Turbokick 3 times a week, HIIT workout twice a week, run twice a week, and strength train 3 times a week. I'm also trying to track my food intake and have a bit of a deficit everyday.

Personal Information:
I'm currently in Laramie, WY pursuing a Master's degree in Geology.

Other Information:
I love to dance!! Especially bellydance!

Welcome to SparkPeople! Geology sounds interesting. Have you read SparkPeople articles on taking a day or 2 off training each week (not overtraining)? Also, maybe a bit of gentle or "restorative" yoga 1-2x/week, instead of those extra workouts. You don't want to burn out. Cheers!

Thank you for the encouragement! You're probably right about 1200 being too restrictive for now. I certainly don't want to binge and I feel starving hungry right now (even though I must have eaten over 3500 calories yesterday!) I'm going to try for 1200, but if I need a bowl of soup afterward, I'll eat it. I just want to try to detox from that last binge ; )

Thanks for the encouragement! Keep me posted on your progress. I was trying to get down to 135 by the end of this year, but I have modified my goal to be 140 by New Year's Eve. It would be awesome to break the binge cycle for good, right? GOOD LUCK to you!
