I'm on a journey to live right and love my body. I have my ups and downs but overall I'm making progress.

I believe everyone should love their bodies and be crazy happy. I've been able to improve my body-image through eating right and exercising and I hope others join me!

Welcome to SparkPeople! Geology sounds interesting. Have you read SparkPeople articles on taking a day or 2 off training each week (not overtraining)? Also, maybe a bit of gentle or "restorative" yoga 1-2x/week, instead of those extra workouts. You don't want to burn out. Cheers!

Welcome back! I hope you're rested and relaxed and ready to get this new year off to a great start : )

Thank you for the encouragement! You're probably right about 1200 being too restrictive for now. I certainly don't want to binge and I feel starving hungry right now (even though I must have eaten over 3500 calories yesterday!) I'm going to try for 1200, but if I need a bowl of soup afterward, I'll eat it. I just want to try to detox from that last binge ; )
