Take it one day at a time!
I'm 52 years old and never had a weight problem until I gained 50 lbs. in my first pregnancy, 28 years ago! I have struggled ever since. I'm a Mississippi girl who is a stay at home mom but now my youngest is going to start college. So now I will have more time for myself and can't keep making excuses. I have a great husband, 2 sons, a sweet daughter-in-law and a beautiful granddaughter! Life is good!
