Walking away the last 15 pounds or equivalent inches... ;)

This is my third time in SP and I am hoping that its "Third time lucky' for me, though I know that lucks got nothing to do with it.

We're into the 3rd week already and you are managing some good walking steps. Well done, and pleased you are feeling ok again - you did great with your 1st 10k.

Great to see you joining in with the PERSONAL STEPS CHALLENGE March, you set a good goal and are doing great with your daily achievements, it takes time to get into the rythm but you are doing very well. You must be so pleased with your efforts - your consistency is building good habits.
