A New Day

As I embark on this journey,,every day will be a new day, a new challenge. Sure I've lost weight in the past and managed to keep it off, however I did not do it in a healthy way. I tried hard to eat healthy things but I never understood what constituted a portion of anything.
Oddly enough I sought the advice of people in the healthcare field and I noticed that alot of them are overweight and like me are clueless as to what is healthy eating.

Hello ! and welcome to Spark ! Thanks for your message on my page. That latin blood in ya I am sure helps give your cooking some Caribbean flavor !
