Got motivated again after watching a program on sugar addiction. I don't have a craving for desserts but I do like to wine taste. So it's sugar and white food withdrawal for me. I can do it!

I love the idea of being your best friend-someone once told me that to lose weight I had to love my body. I guess that's true. Keep up the good work and the positivity! (p.s. I love hiking, too!)
