Moving Forward!!

I have been spiraling for a few years now and I haven't been serious about fitness either. It is slowing me down and I'm not liking it. I'm ready and eager to make some changes and this will be a good source for support. Thanks for reading!!

My Goals:
My number one goal is to myself, to be accountable and mindful of my eating and activity level.

My Program:
I set my goal for 150 minutes a week of activity on the eliptical machine, that would be 5x a week for 30 minutes. I just want to get back into the swing of things.

Personal Information:
I'm from New England and it is super cold right now. I am interested in starting a blog. I would welcome comments there as opposed to an email, I have 900 messages to go through in that zone so I'm backlogged already.

Other Information:
I like movies in the genres of drama, sci-fi and suspense. I haven't read a good book in a while as I'm in grad-school. I did like The Glass Castle by Jeannette Walls and I've started her next book Half Broke Horses.

DSL is working fine - I can do alot more things faster on the web - but I still need more actual time to do that. Other responsibilities (volunteer, family, physical. I also try to do CURVES 3x a week.
