I have a very difficult time seeing the positive changes I am making - spirtually, physicially, mentally, financially, etc. I cannot seem to see the progress along the way and seem to easly forget where I started from so I have decided to create visible landmarks to remind me of the changes I am making. I will post photos either here and/or around my housee that show my progress. I will review my reports regularily to see my improvement in those areas. I will create several video blogs to remind me what I feel like now and what my hopes and goals are for the future and schedule a time in my planner to watch those videoes.

I need to remember where I started from in order to truely see the progress I have made.

My Goals:
My primary goal is to become more active and have a BMI within the normal range.

I would like to be under 200 pounds by my 40th b-day in April.

Eventually I would like to comfortably wear a size 8/10 or smaller.


My Program:
1. I have begun tracking my food and will try to stay in the low-mid part of my calorie range 5-6 days a week with 1-2 days in the higher part of the range.

2. I want to move for at least 15 minutes 6 days a week and increase this as I am able.

3. Remember to drink at least 2 L of water per day.

4. Be a good coach to myself - not too easy and not too critical.



Personal Information:
I'm a mom of 4 from Iowa. I homeschol the kids and work at night as a medical transcriptionist. Life is crazy but I want to be more active with my family and really enjoy the short time I have with them before they are grown and move out!


Other Information:
I try to live my life according to what the Bible says. I do not expect others to do this, it is a personal choice that I have made.
