I think we all struggle, but pushing yourself is key! Join a SparkTeam, get involved in a challenge, challenge yourself to earn a certain number of SparkPoints every day no matter what!. That helps me on those days, and sometimes weeks where I just want to give up. I want to see those SparkPoints adding up, and if I need to read an article or watch a video to get those points, then I will read the article or watch the video. Just this week I started actually doing the exercise videos instead of just watching them and earning the points.
