My goals for 2013: Cycle 2,400 miles (165) Walk 300 miles (20) Lose 25 pounds Make a quilt block for each (5) Finish the king quilt for my bed De-clutter the house
My Program:
I love to ride my bike, and try to get 50 miles a week. That isn't always possible, so we have a trainer for winter and bad weather. I also do strength training 2-3 times a week.
