Gramee's Goals

Nov 2014 goals:
1) track nutrition daily
2) 30 min of exercise daily
3) finish cleaning sewing room

For October goals are:

1) ride at least twice a week, and use my trainer twice a week (nope)
2) get fully back on my nutrition and record daily (almost)
3) finish 2 quilts (3)

Sept 2014 goals:
1) continue re-organizing/de-cluttering one room weekly
2) get back on my nutrition program (this is a MUST)
3) ...
Nov 2014 goals:
1) track nutrition daily

1) to lose my 5 pounds (sigh)
2) finish the forest service quilt and wall hanging (almost)
3) increase my walking to at least 1.5 miles daily (1 mile)


June 2014 goals:
1) lose 4 pounds (3)
2) finish walk way (nope)
3) finish blocks for Forest Service quilt (done)
4) scan old photos (done)

May 2014 goals:
1) lose 4 pounds (3)
2) ride 300 miles (34.2, MD stopped my riding)
3) finish back walkway and flowerbeds (flowerbeds only)
4) complete 2 UFOs (2)

Apr 2014 goals:
1) lose 4 pounds (2)
2) ride 200 miles (309.5)
3) clean and plant flowerbeds (nope, way to wet)
4) complete 2 UFO (1)

Mar 2014 goals:
1) lose 4 pounds (4)
2) ride 200 miles (69.5)
3) clean/organize one room and closet weekly (done)
4) complete 1 UFO (done)

Feb 2014 goals:
1) lose 3 pounds (2)

My Program:
I love to ride my bike, and try to get 50 miles a week. That isn't always possible, so we have a trainer for winter and bad weather. I have also had to adjust my diet for a fatty liver condition.

Hi friend, You'll get back to cycling soon. Today, was rest for me, as we did some miles yesterday. I hope you can work less so you can get back in the saddle. I'd be happy to go with you, too. Just call. Hey, I'm back in the saddle with Spark. Started using Almased last week and will continue with it. I needed a jump start and it has helped. Today, at day 5, I feel so good. Day 3, I was a emoticon crab-cake; but I warned Jim before, I would be.
