Nov 2014 goals:
1) track nutrition daily
2) 30 min of exercise daily
3) finish cleaning sewing room

For October goals are:

1) ride at least twice a week, and use my trainer twice a week (nope)
2) get fully back on my nutrition and record daily (almost)
3) finish 2 quilts (3)

Sept 2014 goals:
1) continue re-organizing/de-cluttering one room weekly
2) get back on my nutrition program (this is a MUST)

Nov 2014 goals:

2) finish the forest service quilt and wall hanging (almost)
3) increase my walking to at least 1.5 miles daily (1 mile)


June 2014 goals:
1) lose 4 pounds (3)
2) finish walk way (nope)
3) finish blocks for Forest Service quilt (done)
4) scan old photos (done)

May 2014 goals:
1) lose 4 pounds (3)
2) ride 300 miles (34.2, MD stopped my riding)
3) finish back walkway and flowerbeds (flowerbeds only)
4) complete 2 UFOs (2)

Apr 2014 goals:

3) clean and plant flowerbeds (nope, way to wet)

My Program:
I love to ride my bike, and try to get 50 miles a week. That isn't always possible, so we have a trainer for winter and bad weather. I have also had to adjust my diet for a fatty liver condition.

Hello! I just added you as a Spark Friend.

I am 66 years old, and bought my first bike after many years; a Biria Easy Boarding 7 speed. I hadn't ridden since grad school about 30 years ago.

I LOVE IT! There is nothing I would rather do than ride! Right now, I am doing the local Rails to Trails; beautiful scenery through the woods of North Central Florida.

Most rides are about 18 miles. I would like to up that. And I would like to ride approx. 50 miles per week.

I admire you! You will be one of my role models!
