I love to ride my bike, and try to get 50 miles a week. That isn't always possible, so we have a trainer for winter and bad weather. I have also had to adjust my diet for a fatty liver condition.
Love that you like to ride..I always have I take long trips when the weather is nice...rode once over 100 miles in a day...don't know if I can do that now...but it was fun....if you enjoy God's nature..I would like to invite you to the birding across America team..we love talking about the great outdoors...esp birds..have a super Tues..Rico
I am butt sore..used the little bike, so I could ride Jim's pace. The saddle is not designed for close to 30 miles. Will have to get another one, if I use this little bike, again. Best bike so far for Ladiga is the road bike, but I wanted to go slow and be at Jim's speed. He did well.
