1) continue re-organizing/de-cluttering one room weekly
2) get back on my nutrition program (this is a MUST)

August 2014 goals:
1) Get my nutrition back under control and record daily (ongoing effort)

2014 Goals:
1) lose 30 pounds (20)
2) ride 5000 miles (690.2)
3) reorganize sewing room (getting there)
4) complete 1 UFO every month (8)
5) finish scanning non-digital photographs.

My Program:
I love to ride my bike, and try to get 50 miles a week. That isn't always possible, so we have a trainer for winter and bad weather. I have also had to adjust my diet for a fatty liver condition.

I am butt sore..used the little bike, so I could ride Jim's pace. The saddle is not designed for close to 30 miles. Will have to get another one, if I use this little bike, again. Best bike so far for Ladiga is the road bike, but I wanted to go slow and be at Jim's speed. He did well.

Hope springs eternal, took my bike out of the barn and now hear we are getting 10cm of snow tonight! Hope the sun melts it fast!
