Well here goes the start of another 5% challange... Been a rough month of stress eating... started off eating clean... That lasted about a week .. had lost almost 7 pounds but didn't last so here we go again.

I need to lose this weight for my health.. the older I get the more i realize how detrimental to my health caring all this weight is. You just want some kind of miracle to lose it but it takes hard work and preseverance..

Will start this day off with a green ...

Will start this day off with a green smoothy and go from there... cutting out my whites again... I have a hard go here as my family brings in the junk and sometimes that can be so hard.

I will be daycaring my grandkids 3 days each week this summer except for when their mom is away with them... been a real hard thing watching them go through this separation. Been so hard on the boys.

My Goals:
My current goal is to lose 5% of my weight by September 22nd

To cut out the white processed products from my diet.

Get to where I can walk without pain in my hip, knees and ankles.

To have more confidence in myself.

To get back to where I am feeling better physically.

To get to within a healthy goal range.

To make healthy eating and good habit that will remain with me for the rest of my life.

I don't believe in dieting. But I know that eating healthier and exercise is what is going to help me get down to a more realistic goal weight for me!



My Program:
my chiro has put me on a noting white eating plan. protien and vegies at every meal. Hoping to soon get my fruit back. Isn't easy but it is doable.

I am currently doing a walking program... from 30-60 minutes a day.



Personal Information:
I live in BC Canada.

I have a wonderful family of 2 children and then a ddil as well as 2 wonderful gransons that are growing up way to fast.

Other Information:
I love to do crafts...

Love to knit, crochet

Love to scrapbook even though I am so far behind on my grandsons books.

Love to try anything new that looks like it would be fun to do when it comes to crafting.

Good to hear from you again! Yes, you need to take care of yourself first! I had a rough time the first few months after my wife passed, but doing volunteer efforts, becoming active in an adventure club, and travelling to visit friend has helped tremendously. I can now look back at picture albums with happiness for the good times we had instead of just overwhelming sadness. Good luck in your efforts! See you around.
