Hey Bev, the way I have been doing the 10 every 60 is... during set times of the day (mine is 10am-9pm) I will just move for 10 minutes not necessarily exercise, sometimes I do cleaning, cooking, or other things needing tended to and other times I will walk in place or around my house or get in some kind of exercise. So....If you decide that you want to do it it is not all exercise as long as you are moving around and not sitting about. Looks like you had a "not sure moment" so I thought that I would try to clarify for you. Let me know if you have any other questions.
