Doing it for health and looks!!!

I am returning to Spark to add another element in my journey to better health. Struggling with my weight all of my adult life I say I am expert at knowing how to lose but not in knowing how to stay where I want to be. I am a lifetime Weight Watchers member and love their plan. Recently started working full time as a nurse and find it challenging both to my body and mind.

My Goals:
My main goal is get healthier. I need to feel better. After working 8-12 hour days as a nurse I can barely walk to my car and then making it in the house is another challenge. My body hurts all over and that is no longer acceptable.

My Program:
I started back to Weight Watchers. I am a lifetime member and believe in their program. I have not started exercising and want to change that. I am looking into purchasing a treadmill.

It's our LAST WEEK of summer challenge!
