I lost over 50 pounds a couple of years but then life happen and my depression got worse so I ended up gaining it all back and some. Started my Life Style Change on June 26, 2011 and been truck'n smaller and smaller each week.
I may not blog much but I do read and comment on friends and others blogs.

My Goals:
Goal is to get healthy with a whole life style change...

My Program:
At first I walked every night, up to 17 miles a week for 10 weeks.
Now I use the machines at the gym for over 60mins 4 times a week and strength train at home at least 2 times a week, aiming for 3. Plus I am keeping track of my steps each day, aiming for 10,000. Working on improving my Mile time. I want to do 15 min. miles on a regular basis for 2012. I practice 4 times a week.

Personal Information:
I'm from Riverside, Ca. I'm 5'7 and my start weight was 320lbs on June 26, 2011. I didn't start SP until Sept. 13, 2011.

Beverly, thank you for taking the time to read my blog "Girl, Where Have You Been?". I'm so so sorry to hear the sad news about your friend. I hope you're doing OK. We are strong and resilient women and will will only gain more strength and resiliency from these trials.

I love the stair climber!! I can only go for a short amount but I just feel so good after! That jello-feeling on the legs lol. Keep at the running, your legs will thank you eventually ;P

*waves* I was originally going to start it last night but then I played badminton...then I was going to start tonight but begginner step is tonight which I love lol Probably Thurs or Fri. What week are you on?
