Welcome back. I know you can do this. It takes hard work and dedication. Surround yourself with positive images and read books, blogs, articles all that motivate you. Mom- I know the lack of motivation thing. That was why I did crossfit, because they really help with the motivation. Maybe you need a gym like that? Or something that has a class style workout to it, rather than a gym where you just go off on your own. Or maybe, what if you got a personal trainer for a few sessions- ideas and motivation ??
I guess you can also just start on your treadmill and the Wii again.
